| Fall is here and Winter is vastly approaching!
Rent: Rent is due on the 1st of each month but you have until the 3rd to make it by the office. If you want to pay your rent and we are not in, please place the check in an envelope with your apartment number in the drop box. The drop box is located on the right side of the front door.
Gate Access for Visitors: If you have any guests coming to visit, they can make use the key pads we have on either side of the office, what they need to do is:
1. Find your name in the directory using the up and down arrows (Last, First).
2. When they find your name they press CALL
3. It will call the phone number we have on file, once received you will then press 9.
4. The Gate will then Open!
After- hour Emergencies: Please call our office line at 520-458-2200, and in the event of an emergency select the Emergency Maintenance option in our voicemail message (option 2). Note that if you have a non-emergency maintenance request please continue to use option 3.
Business Center: The business center is open during business hours. The free Wi-Fi is still available 24/7, however, please bring your laptop and come make use of the wireless internet access we have at the clubhouse!
Fitness Center Access: Want to work out after hours? The door on the East side of the Fitness Center will unlock with your pool key 24/7.
Meet and Greet: October Halloween Party, to be announced!!!!
Pick Your Neighbor: Know someone that wants to live in the most upscale apartments in the Area? Have them rent with us today! Not only do they get a wonderful place to live but you get $100.00 per referral that moves in! All they have to do is notate that you referred them to us, and there is no limit to the number of referrals you can receive.
